Kim Kardashian spotted with wedding band but NOT $1.5M engagement ring as ‘plan to divorce Kanye West revealed
KIM Kardashian was spotted looking tense wearing only her wedding band and NOT her $1.5 million engagement ring as her plans to reportedly divorce Kanye were revealed.
In pictures exclusively obtained by The Sun, the entertainment mogul appeared somber as she failed to crack a smile while visiting her grandma, MJ, in Los Angeles on Monday.
Just as it was revealed that Kim, 40, is heading for a split following a tumultuous marital year with Kanye West, 43, she was pictured without her massive diamond rock.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star stepped out wearing a maroon puffer jacket with a brown shirt, matching headband and shiny leather pants.
Her hands noticeably had little bling on it – with just her ultra-slim wedding band on her ring finger.
As Kim got out of her chrome luxury car, she left her diamond-less hand visible before tucking it in her pocket.
She maintained a stern facial expression and appeared sad as she went to spend family time with Kris Jenner’s mom.
Kim’s outing marks the first time she’s been seen as reports of the reality star being “done” with the rapper surfaced.
Multiple sources told Page Six earlier today: “Divorce is imminent. They are keeping it low-key but they are done.
“Kim has hired Laura Wasser and they are in settlement talks,” it was added of the go-to attorney for celebrity breakups.
Laura – who has been dubbed the “disso queen” – has represented Kim with her past 2013 divorce to NBA star Kris Humphries.
She has also handled Angelina Jolie’s highly-publicized split from Brad Pitt and is currently working on Kelly Clarkson’s nasty breakup from ex Brandon Blackstock.
Additionally, TMZ reported that Kimye’s marriage was in deep trouble in the second half of 2020 – when she was ready to end the relationship.
Kim allegedly believed it would be cruel to leave him at the time due to his struggle with bipolar disorder and multiple sources told the outlet that the pair have been addressing their issues in marriage counseling.
The publication added that Kim has been going back and forth about filing for divorce and tried to save their marriage with a family vacation.
A source addressed Kanye’s mental health to The Sun and revealed his bipolar disorder impacted their marriage.
The informant said: “Dealing with his mental illness was very difficult. Kim wanted him to get the help he needs but she also has their children to tend to. The dynamics have changed tremendously.
“Kim has been wanting children her entire life and right now her focus is on the kids. The more children she and Kanye had the less attention she could give to Kanye.”
The source continued: “She has always been very attentive but at a certain point there is only so much she can do.
“He’s an adult and at the end of the day he has to accept the help she offers otherwise it makes their marriage an impossible situation.”
The KKW mogul has not been seen wearing her pricey engagement ring in recent weeks as she stays with their four children in Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, the Yeezy designer has been in Wyoming as the couple “live separate lives.”
