Laura Prepon Gives Birth To Baby #2 & Is “Overwhelmed With Gratitude”

Congratulations are in order! On Wednesday, actress Laura Prepon announced that she gave birth to her second child with husband Ben Foster and shared on Instagram that she is “overwhelmed with gratitude.” The Orange Is The New Black star revealed the exciting news with a sweet photo of her family’s newest addition.

“Welcoming home our new bundle of love,” Prepon captioned the photo of herself cuddling her newborn. “We are overwhelmed with gratitude.”

The new mom of two did not share any further details about her newest addition — so it’s just a little unclear what they decided to name their child or when Prepon actually gave birth. But her fans knew that this day was bound to come. When Prepon isn’t acting, she is the star of her own YouTube channel, where she shares her tips and tricks for meal prepping. Just one day before announcing the birth of her second child, Prepon announced in a YouTube video that she would be going on maternity leave after announcing her pregnancy this past October. “This little bun in the oven is cooked, and will be joining us any day now,” she shared in the video.

While Prepon takes a break from her YouTube channel for “three to four weeks” she’ll be enjoying all of the super sweet moments with her newborn baby.

Her followers took to the comments on Instagram to congratulate her on her new addition.

“Happy birthday to mommy and baby!!,” comedian, Chelsea Handler, wrote. “Love you!”
