Reese Witherspoon’s clothing brand giving teachers free dresses
NEW YORK (WCIV) — Reese Witherspoon’s clothing company has announced a plan to show appreciation for teachers and their commitment to students amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Witherspoon’s Draper James announced on its company social media channels Thursday that it will be giving away free dresses to teachers as a way to say “Thank you.”
“During quarantine, we see you working harder than ever to educate our children,” the message read. “We’ve seen you broadcasting lessons from your homes, figuring out remote-learning techniques and new communication platforms on the fly, balancing work and life. We know that this is not easy and want to shine a light on all your efforts. To show our gratitude, Draper James would like to give teachers a free dress.”
Teachers who normally work in a school and are now working from home due to COVID-19 are eligible for the giveaway.
To get their dress, teachers must complete the form linked here. Those interested will need a Google (Gmail) email address to fill out the form.
The deadline is Sunday, April 5th at 11:59 p.m. ET. Those who will receive a dress will be contacted Tuesday, April 7, with more details.
