Lewis signed on for Sacred Watch in the second season of the anthology series, which is based a Brothers Grimm story dubbed The Singing Bone, along with actual murder cases.
The season follows Elsie (Jordan Alexander) who searches for the family she never knew, who abandoned her as a child.
Lewis plays Harper, a telemarketer who has become obsessed with searching for unidentified murder victims, who meets Elise along the way.
The new season also stars Ryan Kwanten and Kristen Bauer van Stratten, who reunite with Sacred Lies creator Raelle Tucker, who was a writer and producer on True Blood.
The show airs on Facebook Watch, which will take advantage of the social network’s platform to enhance the creative movement of the series.
Tucker announced in March that the second season will more actively engage the growing Facebook group of fans known as The Sacred Lies Keepers, who were involved in creative decisions ranging from design to narrative choices.
Lewis also stars in the upcoming series I Know This Much Is True, which doesn’t have a premiere date slated yet.
She also has two movies slated for release in 2020, Mayday and Breaking News in Yuba County, both of which are in post-production.
The actress also stars in the upcoming TV series Yellowjackets.
