AMY Duggar’s husband Dillon King claimed cousin Josh “maybe f**ked up and should pay the price” after his arrest on child porn charges.
Dillon, 33, recently responded to an Instagram post from Without a Crystal Ball host Katie Joy.
In the post, Katie mentioned Judge Timothy Brooks, 56, had denied a motion to dismiss the remaining claims over jurisdiction issues in Duggar’s case against the city of Springdale.
Jill, 30, Joy, 23, Jinger, 27, and Jessa, 28, reportedly sued In Touch, Springdale, and multiple county officials over the release of the redacted 2006 police report, which is related to Josh’s alleged sexual assault of his sisters.
Although federal claims and defendants in the case have been dismissed, Judge Brooks ordered that the state’s claims to be tried in court.
Because Brooks was appointed by Obama, Josh’s father, Jim Bob, 55, claimed “this is a Biden conspiracy.”
Katie shared a screenshot of Dillon’s response, in which he blasted the conspiracy theory on social media.
Dillon wrote: “Believes the Biden Administration is out to get them…ha what a joke.
“I’m sure the ‘dems are out to get them.’ Or maybe he F***ked up and did something horrible and he should pay the price.”
Dillon added: “Well, he learned from his Dad to blame everyone else for his ‘bad’ behavior. Daddy, was/is always there to clean it up.”
Dillon’s wife, Amy, 34, recently went on Instagram and shared a lengthy statement to her female fans about “man-made rules.”
Amy urged: “Ladies, please don’t go through life trying to be as small, silent, accommodating, and convenient as possible.”
“Speak your mind even if your voice shakes. Don’t subscribe to extreme forms of modesty, own your beauty, intelligence, and energy.”
The Counting On star added: “Do not abide by man-made rules, and do not think for a second you are not worthy of love. You deserve a fulfilling life filled with adventure, curiosity and freedom! #realtalk.”
Amy shares her one-year-old Daxton with Dillon.
Anna, who is currently six months pregnant with the couple’s seventh child, has decided to stand by her husband’s side.
Josh, 33, had been caught “possessing 65 images of child porn.”
