Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna sit courtside to watch Los Angeles Lakers game at Staples Center
Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna watched the Los Angeles Lakers cruise to victory Sunday while sitting courtside at Staples Center.
The 41-year-old Lakers legend wore a green Philadelphia Eagles beanie, orange WNBA hoodie, black sweatpants, and white sneakers.
Gianna, 13, was hard to miss in a black jacket with yellow trim, yellow Nike leggings and black Nike sneakers with yellow soles.
He was greeted before the game by Lakers power forward Anthony Davis, 26, and during the game had a moment with Lakers star LeBron James, who turns age 35 on Monday.
Gianna, who has followed her father to become a basketball player, after the game posed with Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic, 20.
The Lakers won 108-95 as LeBron became the ninth player in NBA history with 9,000 assists.
Luka, who led Dallas with 19 points, also got to shake hands with Kobe courtside after the game and said he was surprised.
‘He was talking Slovenian. He was talking my language. I saw Kobe talking Slovenian and I was really surprised,’ Luka said.
Anthony led the Lakers with 23 points and nine rebounds, while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added a season-high 19 points, including four 3-pointers, and Dwight Howard scored 15.
Kobe and wife Vanessa, 37, also have 16-year-old daughter Natalia, three-year-old daughter Bianka and six-month-old daughter Capri.
The shooting guard played his entire 20-year career with the Lakers and won five NBA championships.
Kobe in 2018 won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film for his film Dear Basketball.
