LOOKING TENSE The moment Chris Hughes and Jesy Nelson caught in NTAs row before his fight with a paparazzi
CHRIS Hughes and Jesy Nelson have been pictured in an awkward stand off just moments before he got into a fight with a paparazzi.
The unhappy pair are spotted having a tense conversation outside the NTAs minutes before Chris unleashed his fury on a nearby photographer.
The Daily Mail claim the couple argued after Chris was banned from doing interviews on the red carpet with the Little Mix star.
“Chris would jump at the chance to do a red carpet interview with Jesy but they’ve been limited to only posing for photographs as a pair at high profile events,” a source said.
But Jesy’s representative has told The Sun Online this is false and Christ was not banned from doing interviews with his girlfriend.
In video footage of the moment Chris comes to blows with the photographer, Chris is shown violently reacting to being called a “c***”.
“I’m a nice guy from the Cotswolds,” he says.
“I’m not a p***y, I’m not gonna bow down. I’m not a c***.”
He continues: “Why am I a c**t? You don’t know me. Tell me. You have no right.
“F**k this, you don’t know me. You don’t know me. Don’t call someone a c*** you don’t know. You don’t know me, why am I?…'”
The incident was later investigated by police and Chris apologised for “distracting” from Jesy’s win on her big night – but the sentiment may have been too little too late.
Earlier today, Jesy paid tribute to “all the people I love” after her epic NTAs win – but failed to mention her boyfriend Chris.
But it appears he’s got some more making up to do as he was snubbed by Jesy in her latest Instagram post.
Sharing snaps of her pals out last night, Jesy wrote: “Celebrated with all the people I love.”
She also called one friend her “ride of die”.
Meanwhile Chris was nowhere to be seen.
Last night he seemed to be trying to get out of the bad books with a gushing post online.
Writing a touching caption alongside of the pair holding hands at the NTAs, Chris said: “What an achievement, being able to turn such a negative part of your life into a positive, which has helped educate us all on modern society.
“This will always be one of the most powerful documentaries we will witness in our lifetime, embracing this generation and how hard the struggles can be, as a human growing up, and equally as parents.
“The reality is, Jess already has saved lives, and will continue to help others in similar struggles from the selflessness of this film.
“If everything was perfect, you’d never learn, and you’d never grow. You don’t go through life, you grow through life and I’m lucky I get to stand alongside you to witness you grow.
“We’re all special to someone, and I know she’s special when the days don’t seem right without her.
“An amazing night, with my best friend and soul mate. Well done Jess, keep shining always.”
