Sophie Turner Changed Into A Glitzy Short White Dress For The Emmys After Parties

Sophie Turner was one of the Emmy guests that came with two dresses: one for the ceremony, one for the after party. Turner’s ceremony outfit was more formal: a long light pink gown by Louis Vuitton, which she accessorized with a diamond necklace.
Turner’s after party look, meanwhile, was short, chic, and bedazzled. The Game of Thrones actress changed into a white A-line dress with an asymmetrical skirt. She let the dress be the statement piece, wearing no other jewelry with it. She kept her hair half up, half down like it was during the Emmys ceremony:

Turner went to the Emmy Awards alone this year. She did not win the award for best supporting actress in a drama series, her first-ever Emmys nomination. So, where was Turner’s husband, Joe Jonas? He was at work that night, playing a Jonas Brothers Happiness Begins tour show in Kansas City. That concert was roughly the same time as the Emmys started in Los Angeles.
Still, Turner was on Jonas’ mind that night. The singer posted his support for his wife on his Instagram Story as the red carpet was starting for the Emmys on the West Coast. “I am so proud of you,” he captioned a photo of Turner. “You are nominated for an Emmy! You are incredible. I love you.”
