The house is tuscan style and consists of 1,500 m2 of interior space, including four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The house, of two storeys and built in 2008, also offers a spacious living room with double-height ceilings and stone fireplace, a dining room which opens onto a terrace, kitchen with cabinets, central island made of wood and stone, breakfast room and a wine room.
The 1.820 m2 outdoor shared among multiple terraces, a swimming pool and a spa, in addition to a stream –such as the house of Longoria– that runs along the side of the back. Stallone and his family have been using the property to spend your vacation in the desert and that is La Quinta, in the Coachella valley and to the southeast of Palm Springs, is a city built in 1930 and is called ‘The gem of the desert’.
Stallone (73) put on sale in 2014 by 3.8 million euros and since then he has been entering and exiting the market at different prices and with different real estate brokers. Was withdrawn from the market in 2016, to 3.3 million and has now returned with a reduction of 300,000 euros.
