Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik expecting first child
Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are reportedly expecting their first child, according to a report by TMZ. While the news has yet to be officially confirmed by the couple, several reputable media outlets are reporting that the model is around 20 weeks pregnant.
The original story on TMZ quoted “family sources” and said that both Hadid and Malik’s families are “delighted” by the news. It’s not yet known whether they know the sex of the baby.
The couple are currently spending time together in isolation at the Hadid’s family farm in Pennsylvania, where the model recently celebrated her 25th birthday. She shared a couple of celebratory Instagram posts, in one of which she can be seen holding giant ’25’ balloons – alongside Malik, 27, and her younger sister Bella Hadid.
“Had the sweetest day celebrating my 25th birthday with my quarantine family, who made it so special for me, along with all the love I felt from all over the world!” she wrote in a second post. “Thank you to everyone for the birthday messages, I carried you with me yesterday! I am grateful and lucky that my family and friends -near and far- are healthy and safe, and although I missed loved ones I wish I could have celebrated with, know that these times will make us even more grateful for togetherness to be had in the future! I will never forget my 25th bday!”
She celebrated the milestone birthday with a series of delicious-looking baked goods, including mini pancakes, donuts and a bagel cake made by the so-called #CakeBoss, Buddy Valastro.
The model and the former One Direction singer first started dating in 2015 but separated after three years together. They reportedly rekindled their relationship late last year, but have only been photographed a handful of times together since, having avoided making any public appearances together.
