Kabir Khan introduces Nishant Dahiya as Roger Binny in new first look poster of 83′

The makers of the upcoming sports drama, ’83’, are revealing the first look posters of the pivotal characters of the film. While Ranveer Singh plays Kapil Dev and Deepika Padukone will portray his wife Romi, the film will also see the other team members from the Indian cricket team, who won the world cup in 1983.
After introducing Tahir Raj Bhasin as Sunil Gavaskar, south actor Jiiva as Krishnamachari Srikkanth Saqib Saleem as Mohinder Amarnath Bhardwaj, Chirag Patil as Sandeep Patil, Jatin Sarna as Yashpal Sharma and TV actor Dinker Sharma as Kirti Azad, Kabir Khan today took to his Instagram to introduce yet another player from the Indian cricket team of 1983 world cup. He unveiled the first look poster of Nishant Dahiya who is all set to play the all-rounder, the first Anglo-Indian to play cricket for the Indian team, Roger Binny. He is best known for his impressive bowling performance in the 1983 Cricket World Cup where he was the highest wicket-taker.

Helmed by Kabir Khan, 83′ is a sports drama that revolves around the victory and triumph of the Indian Cricket team that won the world cup in 1983. The film is slated to hit the theatres on 10th April 2020.
