Megan Fox ‘goes public’ with Machine Gun Kelly after Brian Austin Green split
Megan Fox has seemingly confirmed her new romance with Machine Gun Kelly after her split from Brian Austin Green.
Showbiz power couple Megan, 34, and Brian, 46, sent shockwaves around the globe as they announced they were breaking up after almost 10 years of marriage.
Brian previously quashed rumours Megan had cheated on him with Machine Gun Kelly, 30, as he insisted the pair were just “friends at this point”.
Just weeks later, the actress flaunted her new love with the rapper when they packed on the PDA after a night at a Los Angeles bar on Monday.
In pictures published online, the hot new couple were seen holding hands and kissing in a car before they zipped away.
Neither Megan or Machine Gun Kelly, real name Colson Baker, wore masks as they appeared to ignore the order people should wear face coverings in public places in Los Angeles.
The Transformers star first appeared with the musician in his sexy music video for his track Bloody Valentine.
Sources told US Weekly : “Megan and MGK have hooked up and they became intimate when Megan and Brian were separated, but hadn’t fully cut ties.”
But Brian insisted cheating wasn’t the reason behind their marriage breakdown in his podcast …With Brian Austin Green.
The actor explained Megan and Machine Gun Kelly were “friends” while the couple were still together romantically.
He said: “I’ve never met him, but Megan and I talked about him and they’re friends at this point. And from what she’s expressed, he’s a really just nice, genuine guy. I trust her judgment. She’s always had really good judgment.”
“I don’t want people to think that [they] are villains or I was a victim in any way with any of this — because I wasn’t. This isn’t something new for us. This is something new for people to experience and hear about in the press… but it’s not new for us.”
Brian told how Megan left him after she returned home from working abroad because she “liked herself better during that experience”.
The American TV producer admitted he was “shocked and upset” but he said he had no bad blood for Megan because she didn’t ask to feel that way.
In a final moving declaration, he acknowledged they had an amazing relationship and his love for her would never die.
He explained: “She said, ‘I realized when I was out of the country working alone that I feel more like myself and I liked myself better during that experience and I think that might be something worth trying for me.
“I was shocked and I was upset about it but I can’t be upset at her because she didn’t ask to feel that way. It wasn’t a choice she made, that’s the way she honestly felt. We talked about it a little more and said let’s separate for a bit… and so we did.”
“We’ve had an amazing relationship and I will always love her and I know she’ll always love me.”
The estranged couple have sons Journey, three, Bodhi, six, and Noah, seven, together.
Over the weekend, Brian was seen with 25-year-old model Courtney Stodden before Megan went public with Machine Gun Kelly.
