Southern Charm Season 12 Trailer: A Secret Love Child Rumor Shocks the Cast

Southern Charm is back!

On Monday, Oct. 5, Bravo released the official trailer for season 12 of Southern Charm, teasing what the Charmers have been up to in Charleston, S.C., and the drama they have stirred up. The new season premieres on Thursday, Nov. 12, following Bravo Fan Fest 2026.

The trailer begins with Whitney Sudler-Smith dropping a huge bombshell at a group dinner during their Hawaiian getaway. “There’s an elephant in the room, which we kind of need to address,” he starts.

“The assumption is that one of you has a love child,” Whitney adds, as everyone’s jaw drops.

If the rest of the season is anything like the trailer’s first few seconds, Southern Charm fans are in for a ride.

With Allie Newman joining the group, tensions rise as the former flame of Austen Kroll sparks a romance with one of the guys. Meanwhile, Salley Carson‘s interest in Austen remains strong, but he insists they’re just friends and reveals that he went out with Molly O’Connell.

“The fact that you went home with Austen is f—ing crazy,” Salley tells Molly, to which Molly replies, “Y’all are not dating.”

In another clip, Salley is seen crying while Austen tells her, “It’s none of your business. You and I? Cut it the f— off.”

“This is f—ed up,” Salley says.

Tensions come to a head when Salley and Molly get into an argument, with Salley hiding away in a room as Molly bangs on the bedroom door, saying, “Salley, you dumb f—ing whore.”

Elsewhere in the season, Whitner Slagsvol juggles his feelings for multiple women, Shep Rose receives an unexpected text from Taylor Ann Green, and Craig Conover becomes a children’s book author.

“After a reunion where the status of friendships and situationships remained ambiguous, the Charmers are determined to define their relationships and mend wounds,” an official season 12 synopsis reads. “However, when true feelings bubble up and juicy rumors catch fire, the group seeks to unveil the truth – even if it costs them more than just friendships.”

Southern Charm season 12 stars Venita Aspen, Salley Carson, Craig Conover, Austen Kroll, Madison LeCroy, Molly O’Connell, Rodrigo Reyes, Whitner Slagsvol, Shep Rose, Allie Newman, Patricia Altschul and Whitney Sudler-Smith.
